What we built

Six builds.
One very
good pun.

The screenshot above is the skin. Under it sits a themed menu of eight named drips with real prices, a discount engine that prices a party of eight differently than a party of two, customer accounts, and a scheduler taking bookings at midnight. Every piece below was designed and built here, and every piece ends at a booked visit.

The Ivy League drip menu

Eight IVs, each named for a university and matched to an outcome. Brown for basic hydration at $135, Harvard for the Myers Cocktail at $180, Princeton for energy and focus at $165, Yale for detox at $180, plus NAD tiers and add-ons. The pun made into a product.

A tiered group pricing engine

Event pricing built into the menu: two people 15% off, three to four 20%, five to seven 25%, eight or more 30%. Weddings, corporate wellness days, post game recovery, priced without a phone call.

Referral and promo engine

Refer a Friend, First Time Customer, and Social Media Mention discounts, including the 15% off running in the top bar of every page. The word of mouth loop, built in rather than run as a campaign.

Customer accounts and booking

Create Account, My Account, and a Bookings area behind a real sign in, with a live scheduler on the front taking appointments by drip. Self serve, not a callback form.

Medical intake forms

A dedicated Forms page carrying new patient and existing customer intake, the clinical front desk work a mobile IV service actually needs, done before the nurse is at the door.

The collegiate brand

The IV League identity, navy and serif, crest artwork for every drip, and in home photography that sells the service where it actually happens. Brand and site as one system.

The story

A great service,
sold like an
afterthought.

Mobile IV therapy that was winning on service and losing on presentation. The drips were dialed in, the vans rolled on time, and the old web presence made none of that visible to someone deciding on their phone.

The intent was already there: people who try the service come back. The job wasn't inventing demand, it was getting out of its way, a brand that looks as professional as the nurses who show up, and a booking path with as few steps as the service deserves.

The product was never the problem. The storefront was.
The menu system

Eight drips.
Named for
the schools.

The joke had to survive contact with a price list. Every drip carries a university name, the outcome it is for, what is in the bag, and the price, so a first timer picks Dartmouth for a hangover and Penn for a cold without asking anyone.

The same eight run through the booking flow with their own crest artwork, an hour on the clock and a price on the card. One button from browsing to booked.

Group + referral pricing

A party of eight
prices itself.

Event work is the difference between one drip and twelve. The menu carries its own tiers: two people 15% off, three to four 20%, five to seven 25%, eight or more 30%. A bride or an office manager can price the whole room before anyone picks up a phone.

Next to it sits the referral engine, refer a friend, first time customer, social media mention. Word of mouth was already the best channel this business had, so it went into the price list instead of a campaign.

Group Pricing Discounts: 2 people 15% off, 3 to 4 people 20% off, 5 to 7 people 25% off, 8 or more people 30% off
Four party sizes, four automatic discounts

A wedding party is not a bigger version of one customer. Publishing the tiers turns an awkward quote conversation into a decision someone can make at 11pm, on their phone, with their group chat open.

Referral Pricing Discounts: Refer A Friend 15% off, First Time Customer 15% off, Social Media Mention $10 off

The front desk

Accounts,
bookings, and
the paperwork.

Behind the scheduler sits a real account: a profile, a history, and a bookings area a returning customer signs into. The claim that this site takes bookings is not a promise on a page, it is a screen.

Intake is handled in the same place. New patient and existing customer forms live on their own page, so the clinical paperwork is finished before the van pulls up.

The menu and the scheduler, on a phone

Almost everyone arrives here on a phone, and a fair number of them feel terrible when they do. The names, the prices, and the Book button all had to survive a 390px screen without a pinch.

Where it stands

Live, and
taking bookings.

The brand rides the vans, the menu does the selling, and the site takes the bookings, one path from search to scheduled visit across the Oklahoma metro.

Cases publish with numbers or they don't publish. When IV League's numbers are ours to share, they'll be here.
