Abundant
Wellness
A practitioner with a full book and a practice that grew by word of mouth, and a web presence that said none of what her clients already knew.

Six builds.
One practice.
The screenshot above is the skin. Underneath it sits a full service system, the first visit, mapped in six steps, and a live scheduler doing front-desk work around the clock. Every piece below was designed and built here, and every piece feeds the calendar.
Every service priced and packaged like a menu item
Eight services with real prices, from a free discovery call to the $99 Wellness Assessment, each with its own card, inclusions, and a pricing-at-a-glance table. A menu, not a brochure.
Online booking, wired
Every service books through the Practice Better scheduler wired into the site. A real front desk, not a contact form, taking appointments while she’s in session.
The first visit, mapped
A What to Expect page maps the first visit in six steps, from the opening conversation to follow-up, with explainers and an FAQ, so a first-timer arrives knowing exactly what happens.
Distinctive modalities, explained
ZYTO biocommunication scans, Muscle Response Testing, magnet and light therapy, each given a clear, credible writeup in plain English. The interesting part of the work, made legible.
Full brand identity
The Abundant Wellness with Kari wordmark and botanical mark, a sage and terracotta palette, and a warm practitioner’s voice with a faith-rooted point of view.
Eight pages + inquiry capture
Home, About, Services, What to Expect, Contact, and a full legal suite, plus a gut-health quiz that starts the conversation and Google reviews pulled onto the page.
A practice that
only word of mouth
could find.
Natural-health work, ZYTO scans, MRT testing, protocols built per client, that clients drove across the metro for. But the practice lived almost entirely on referrals, and a referral can’t click through to a site that doesn’t hold what makes the work credible.
The job was to give the practice a voice of its own: warm but not soft, a practitioner’s voice rather than a wellness brand’s, and to make the site do the front-desk work a solo practice doesn’t have hands for.
The waitlist wasn’t the problem. Being invisible past it was.
Eight services.
Priced, packaged,
bookable.
Word of mouth carried the what. The site now carries the how much and the what’s included: every service priced and packaged with its own card, inclusions, and price, from a free discovery call to the $99 signature assessment.
That table is front-desk work. A caller who already knows the price books instead of phoning, and the phone stays quiet while she’s in session.

The first visit,
mapped in
six steps.
A solo practice can’t staff a front desk to answer “so what actually happens when I come in?” The What to Expect page answers it once, for everyone: conversation, ZYTO scan, results, muscle testing, plan, follow-up.
The modalities get the same treatment. The ZYTO Hand Cradle is an unfamiliar blue device until the page explains it in plain English, and then it’s the reason you booked.

A referral used to arrive on faith. Now she arrives pre-sold: she’s read what a scan is, what it costs, and what her first hour looks like, before she ever picks a time.
The calendar
that fills
itself.
Every Book button on the site lands in a live Practice Better scheduler: real services, real prices, real openings. This is the screen a client sees, not a mockup, and it takes bookings at 10pm on a Tuesday.
Inquiries that aren’t ready to book land in the gut-health quiz instead, so every visit ends somewhere structured. No voicemail in the loop.

Booking software is a subscription. Booking that actually gets used is design work: the services, prices, and what-to-expect pages upstream are what walk a stranger to this screen ready to commit.

Live, on her
own ground.
The practice has a storefront that matches the work now, live on its own domain, booking while she’s in session.
Cases publish with numbers or they don’t publish. This one’s story is told in a calendar that fills itself.
