Oklahoma City · The price, in writing

What a website actually costs in Oklahoma City.

National pricing guides put an agency website at $10,000 to $30,000, and most shops make you book a call to hear their number. Here is ours in writing: one flat price, quoted before we start. The full menu is below, plus where every dollar goes.

01. The short answer

Five hundred to five thousand. Here's what moves it.

A simple site, built right, is $500. Our biggest build to date, thirty plus pages with a custom parts store and a full brand, landed around $5,000. National pricing guides put comparable scope at $10,000 to $30,000 and up. The difference isn't the craft. It's the overhead: the account managers, the office with the view, the meetings about meetings. You're not paying for any of that here.

02. The menu

The price board.

$10,000 to $30,000+ The big shop quote What national pricing guides say agencies charge for comparable scope. Some of it is craft. A lot of it is the building the craft happens in. Not a row we sell. A row you should know exists.
Quoted flat The claimWhere most owners start A full build. Pages for every service you offer, words written for you, booking or ordering wired in if the business needs it. Priced by what the job actually contains, one number in writing before we start. The owner who can name the number they want to move.
~$5,000 The proof Our biggest build to date. Thirty plus pages, a custom parts store where customers look up their exact part and text the counter, and a brand built around a mascot. Shown so you can size up every other quote you get.
$500 The stake A fixed package, not a custom build: three pages, one revision round, live in about two weeks. Fast on a phone, click-to-call, a form that reaches a human, built so Google can read exactly what you do and where. The shop that needs to exist online, credibly, now.
$79/mo The homestead Keep it running after launch: hosting, backups, small edits when you need them, and a quarterly once-over. Flat, in writing, cancel anytime. The owner who never wants to think about the website again.

The big build is live on our Work page. Past prices are history, not your quote: your number depends on what your job contains, and you get it flat, in writing, before you sign.

03. Where the money goes

You're paying for four things.

The words

Someone has to write what you do so a stranger gets it in ten seconds. That's most of the difference between a site that rings and one that sits.

The design

Looking like you charge what you're worth.

The plumbing

Speed on a phone, forms that work, click-to-call, everything Google reads.

The extras that aren't the site

Photos, a logo if you need one, words for the map listing. Quoted separately so you only buy what you're missing.

04. The promise

One number before we start. It doesn't move unless the job moves.

No hourly meter. No surprise line items in month two. If you add pages mid-build, the quote changes and you approve it first. That's the whole policy.

05. Told straight

When you shouldn't hire us.

If you need one page that says who you are and where you park the truck, a $20 a month site builder might genuinely be enough, and we'll tell you straight. Hire us when the site has a job to do: rank, book, sell, or convince. That's when $500 buries $20 a month.

06. The timeline

Weeks, not quarters

Simple sites go live in a couple of weeks. Full builds run six to eight weeks. You get the real date before we start. We ship every Friday, so you watch it come together.

Website cost FAQ

Questions, answered.

Why is your starting price so much lower than other OKC agencies?

Two people, no office tower, no account managers. The $500 site is a real product with a tight scope, not a teaser. The price is low because the overhead is, not because the work is.

Are there monthly costs after the build?

Only if you want them. The site itself has no required monthly fee: your domain runs about $15 a year, and hosting for a site like ours is typically free to cheap. If you'd rather never think about it, The Homestead keeps it running for $79 a month, flat: hosting, backups, small edits, and a quarterly once-over. Cancel anytime.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The files, the domain, the accounts, all yours. If we part ways, everything goes with you.

What makes the price go up?

Page count, custom features like booking or online ordering, and whether we're writing the words or you are. Nothing raises the number without you approving it first.

Is $500 really the whole price for a simple site?

Yes, quoted flat and in writing. If your job needs more than the simple-site scope, you'll know before you commit a dollar.
